When you receive your NDIS Plan and you feel that it does not meet what you were expecting or the level of support and service required, you have the right to appeal the plan.

Recommended Steps are:

  • Review of the Decisions
  • Complete a Consent Form
    • If you require another third party to act on your behalf, or
    • For the NDIS to share your information
  • Request an Internal Review
    • If your unhappy with the Internal Review you can make a Complaint
  • Apply for a Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) review
