There is a lot of misconception around the types of information that is required to be taken to your NDIS Plan Meeting.

Quite often participants attend NDIS Plan Meetings with no information at all.  This often occurs as they have not been informed as to the level and type of information that is required.

As a bare minimum the following information should be taken to the NDIS Plan Meeting.  This is detailed out in NDIS Booklet 2:

• Your LAC or NDIA Planner’s contact details
• Your personal details
• Your current support networks
• Your community, other government services and compensation
• Assistive technology
• Other important information
• Your questions
