A Light Touch Review.

A Light Touch Review CANNOT be used to increase the overall funding dollar amount of a plan.  They exist for the NDIS to fix structural problems with a plan.
 

If there is an:

• administrative change that you need, like changing from agency managed to plan managed,
• you receive your plan and its for 1 year and you wish it to be longer
• a change of payment type to a service provider from NDIA managed to Plan Managed or Self Managed

You can apply for a ‘Light Touch’ review.

Although this term is not official, a ‘light touch plan review’ is a review with limited scope.

Whether a review qualifies for a ‘light touch’; review or not will depend on the NDIA review team.
